Hello.

We are untangled

Nice to meet you!

Get to know us...

What is UX and why do you need it?

How many times have you visited a website and left in less than 10 seconds? Maybe you can’t find what you’re looking for? Or perhaps the interface looks like it’s from 1985?

That is most likely due to bad UX design.

UX stands for User Experience. UX utilizes a design process that centers on the needs of specific users. It is a more comprehensive approach to design than purely aesthetics. The UX process includes user research to pinpoint exactly what a customer needs and what their frustrations might be. This information enables us to create a website that will give your customer a pleasant experience that will keep them coming back in the future.

Focusing on research, analytics, and testing allows us to set you up for success from the start.

UX is important and it works!

Statistics:

“60% of customers are willing to pay more for a better experience.”
– Eric Von Hippel, MIT Institute of Management Sciences

“After experiencing bad UX, 88% of users are less likely to return to that website.”
-Toptal, 2018

“Users are 62% less likely to purchase from a brand because of negative user experience.”
-Google, 2017
